The Core of Volunteers Wiki exists to document everything that makes our network work — from our mission and values to our systems, SOPs, and evolving programs.

Its purpose is to:

• Serve as the single source of truth for how The Core operates internally.
• Provide context and clarity behind every program, project, and process.
• Enable transparency and collaboration so anyone joining The Core can understand the “why” behind the “what.”
• Act as a knowledge base that grows and adapts with us — a foundation for future training, onboarding, and public transparency.
