🤝 Community & Employer Partnerships

Building bridges between opportunity and redemption.

1️⃣ Purpose

The Reentry Allies Program depends on strong, trusted partnerships with employers, civic groups, and community organizations who believe in second chances.

Our partnerships transform the reentry process from an isolated struggle into a shared social investment — one where every participant has access to safe work environments, meaningful community service, and the dignity of contribution.

We don’t ask partners to take risks.

We ask them to help us prove that trust works.

2️⃣ Partnership Philosophy

  1. Transparency Builds Trust – Every partnership is documented, verified, and visible through the Trust Engine and Transparency Portal.
  2. Equity Through Accountability – Both Core and partners commit to fair treatment, clear expectations, and shared responsibility.
  3. No Exploitation – Participants are never unpaid labor for profit. All service must serve community or educational value.
  4. Win–Win–Win Alignment – Every partnership benefits the participant, the partner, and the community — equally.

3️⃣ Partnership Types

Type Description Examples
Employment Partner Businesses offering second-chance hiring or apprenticeship opportunities. Restaurants, warehouses, construction firms, nonprofits.
Community Service Partner Organizations providing volunteer opportunities that fulfill court or Core service hours. Churches, parks departments, city cleanup teams.
Training Partner Institutions or nonprofits offering job skills, literacy, or digital education. Trade schools, libraries, workforce development centers.
Housing & Support Partner Transitional housing, counseling, or rehabilitation organizations. Halfway houses, shelters, peer-support groups.

Each partner type operates under a signed MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) to ensure clarity and legal alignment.
