Article I — Purpose and Scope

1.1 Program Purpose

The Core C.A.R.E. Program (“the Program”) operates as a formal initiative under The Core of Volunteers to provide continuous assistance, mentorship, and recovery support to families and individuals facing hardship.

Its mission is to deliver dignity, stability, and empowerment through compassionate community action.

1.2 Scope

The Program serves residents within the United States, prioritizing communities affected by disasters, homelessness, domestic violence, unemployment, or post-incarceration transition.

It runs annually from April 1 through December 31, with open enrollment January 1 through March 15.


Article II — Governance

2.1 Authority

This Program is authorized and governed by the Board of Directors of The Core of Volunteers under Article IV and VI of the organization’s bylaws.

2.2 Oversight
