🎖️ Core V.E.T. Program

Veteran Employment Transition

Helping veterans find purpose, employment, and belonging through service and community.

1 · Purpose

The Core V.E.T. Program helps transitioning and recently separated service members reintegrate into civilian life through meaningful employment, volunteer leadership, and community connection.

We believe that a soldier’s mission doesn’t end when the uniform comes off — it just changes form.

Through mentorship, volunteerism, and workforce development, the Core V.E.T. Program turns veterans into leaders who strengthen their communities from the inside out.

Service doesn’t stop when you come home — it just shifts to a new battlefield: rebuilding the community you fought to protect.

2 · Program Philosophy

The Core of Volunteers was founded by veterans and shaped by the values of integrity, service, and teamwork.

This program exists to give veterans the same sense of purpose, structure, and brotherhood they had in uniform — while helping them succeed in civilian life.

Veterans are natural leaders.

Our job is to give them the tools, connections, and opportunities to prove it.

3 · Strategic Objectives

  1. Employment Readiness

Provide veterans with the training, resources, and professional tools needed to succeed in the civilian workforce.

  2. Leadership Through Service

Transition veterans into volunteer leadership roles within the Core network — event captains, mentors, and project coordinators.

  3. Community Integration

Connect veterans directly with local veteran service organizations (VFW, American Legion, etc.) to build new social and support networks.
