This model replaces traditional nonprofit metrics with a transparent scoring framework—known as the Impact Score—that evaluates every action by its real-world effect, efficiency, and consistency.
It ensures that every partner, sponsor, and volunteer can see precisely how their contributions change lives.

At the foundation of this system is the Impact Score, a standardized formula introduced in Impactful.
Impact Score = (Discount %) × (Impact Size Multiplier)
This formula converts acts of service into measurable data that reflect both efficiency and scale.
