• Ensures the Program Director and team have resources and authority to operate effectively.
• Signs all official C.A.R.E. MOUs, sponsorships, and inter-agency agreements.

How They Support the Program:

• Monitors all C.A.R.E. impact data, family counts, and volunteer metrics for accuracy.
• Maintains the Transparency Portal, posting verified donations, outcomes, and financial reports.
• Conducts quarterly audits of participant records, volunteer logs, and partner reports.
• Flags risk or compliance issues early so the program can self-correct before audit season.
• Ensures participant privacy standards and legal data retention rules are met.
