This process is built to scale across cities, schools, nonprofits, and businesses — with zero red tape and total transparency.

1️⃣ Lead – Initial Outreach

“We found them, or they found us.”

What It Means:

This is the first contact stage. The Core has identified an organization, business, or group that aligns with our values and mission.

What the Core Does:

• Sends a personalized introduction email or call script (template ready in Notion).
• Adds the company to the “Partner Outreach” list in HubSpot.
• Shares a short overview: who we are, what we stand for, and how partnerships work.
• Introduces the Win-Win-Win philosophy and provides the 1-page summary of Core Values.

Partner Expectations:

• Review the introductory material.
• Decide if they’d like to learn more or have a conversation.

Timeline: 1–2 weeks.
