🧩 Program Violations & Misuse Policy

(Applies to all Core Programs: Core C.A.R.E., Reentry Allies, Apprenticeship, etc.)

11️⃣ Program Violations & Grounds for Removal

The Core’s programs exist to uplift individuals and families with dignity, trust, and compassion.

Participation is a privilege, not a right — one built on transparency, respect, and mutual accountability.

To protect the integrity of our mission, the safety of our volunteers, and the public trust we serve, any misuse or abuse of our programs will be handled promptly and transparently.

A. Immediate Removal

Participants may be immediately removed from any Core program and barred from re-enrollment if they engage in:

• Criminal or unlawful acts that endanger others, volunteers, or property
• Theft, fraud, or deception, including false reporting, duplicate applications, or misuse of assistance
• Threats, harassment, or intimidation toward staff, volunteers, or other participants
• Sale, trade, or monetization of donated items or benefits intended for personal relief
• Possession or distribution of drugs, weapons, or contraband at Core events or program sites
• Tampering with program systems, falsifying documentation, or impersonating Core staff or partners

Such cases are escalated directly to the Program Director and Executive Director for review and may result in permanent removal from all Core programs.

B. Corrective Review and Warning

We recognize that many participants are rebuilding their lives.
