The Reentry Allies Program operates as an integrated branch within the Core’s central Trust Engine — combining human mentorship, digital documentation, and cross-agency collaboration.

Its infrastructure is designed to be:

2️⃣ Data & Workflow Infrastructure

The program follows a “Closed Loop Accountability System” — every referral, meeting, or hour of service connects back to an accountable record.

2.1 Intake Flow (HubSpot)

  1. Participant fills out the Reentry Intake Form (HubSpot Form or Help Request Portal).
  2. Data automatically creates a Contact record tagged with:
  3. A Ticket (Case) is created and assigned to a Program Coordinator.
  4. Verification workflow triggers an Officer Contact Email for compliance confirmation.
