SECTION UNDER CONSTRUCTION
βStraight to the Coreβ β The Path from Volunteer to Core Member
This section is currently being built as part of our internal training and leadership certification system.
When complete, it will serve as a comprehensive playbook for every role within The Core of Volunteers β from event setup to strategic leadership. It will include:
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for every position, explaining how to perform each task without supervision.
- Rank-based progression guides (1β4) showing exactly how volunteers can advance toward paid or leadership roles.
- Testing and certification steps to verify understanding, earn badges, and unlock new responsibilities.
- Playbooks and checklists for daily, weekly, and event-based operations so every mission runs smoothly and transparently.
This section will become the foundation of our Straight to the Core advancement program β the bridge between volunteering and professional leadership inside the movement.
Expected Completion: Draft 1 in development β rolling release begins soon.
