The Core of Volunteers relies on an interconnected network of ethical, transparent, and affordable technologies designed to amplify help, automate administration, and give our volunteers more time to connect face-to-face.
Each system serves a clear purpose within the Trust Engine, helping us track, verify, and scale community impact.
Purpose: Website, Marketing & Community Hub
Wix is our website-building and hosting platform — a cost-effective, scalable home for marketing, storytelling, and public engagement.
It powers event registrations, volunteer sign-ups, and partner inquiries while integrating directly with HubSpot for CRM and analytics.
As we grow, Wix will evolve into a full community hub, hosting real-time dashboards and event registration tools that show the direct results of our collective impact.
Purpose: CRM, Automation & Trust Engine Core
HubSpot serves as our operational backbone — tracking every donor, volunteer, and partner through transparent, auditable workflows.
We currently use Service Hub Pro, with future upgrades to Marketing Hub Pro planned as our campaigns scale.
Long term, our goal is to establish The Core as an official HubSpot Nonprofit Partner, embedding our volunteer and donation transparency model directly into the CRM as a replicable framework for other nonprofits.
Purpose: Documentation, Knowledge Management & Transparency Hub
Notion is our living workspace — the internal brain of The Core.
It houses our documentation, SOPs, bylaws, program structures, and financial planning, enabling transparency and organization across every department.
