πŸš’ VOLUNTEER LEADERSHIP TRAINING PROGRAM

β€œTrain the helpers before the sirens start.”

The Volunteer Leadership Training Program (VLTP) is how The Core of Volunteers partners with fire departments, EMTs, hospitals, police, and community leadership groups β€” including veteran organizations, the Lions Club, Rotary, PTAs, and civic alliances β€” to teach practical readiness skills to the public.

This program creates a bridge between trained professionals and everyday citizens, giving people the knowledge, confidence, and structure to act when disaster strikes.

🧭 PROGRAM PURPOSE

When chaos hits, clarity saves lives.

The VLTP ensures every neighborhood has volunteers who understand:

By turning veterans, civic leaders, and first responders into local instructors, we multiply readiness and rebuild trust between citizens and institutions.
