1️⃣ Program Director (C.A.R.E. Lead)

Position Type: Part-Time or Full-Time Staff (Volunteer Stipend Eligible)

Reports To: Executive Director

Purpose:

Lead and manage the Core C.A.R.E. Program, ensuring consistent delivery of compassionate, transparent, and efficient assistance to families and individuals in need.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, enrollment cycles, and participant support.
• Supervise Care Captains, Transportation Volunteers, and Counseling Volunteers.
• Coordinate monthly care-package logistics and verify distribution accuracy.
• Maintain accurate participant data and monthly impact metrics.
• Partner with the Operations and Impact & Compliance teams to ensure transparency.
• Handle program-level complaints, discipline, and appeals in accordance with policy.
• Represent the program at community events, partner meetings, and media briefings.

Required Qualifications

• 3 + years in nonprofit, social-services, or community-outreach management.
• Proven experience leading teams or volunteer networks.
• Strong organizational, conflict-resolution, and communication skills.
