1️⃣ Program Director (C.A.R.E. Lead)
Position Type: Part-Time or Full-Time Staff (Volunteer Stipend Eligible)
Reports To: Executive Director
Purpose:
Lead and manage the Core C.A.R.E. Program, ensuring consistent delivery of compassionate, transparent, and efficient assistance to families and individuals in need.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, enrollment cycles, and participant support.
- Supervise Care Captains, Transportation Volunteers, and Counseling Volunteers.
- Coordinate monthly care-package logistics and verify distribution accuracy.
- Maintain accurate participant data and monthly impact metrics.
- Partner with the Operations and Impact & Compliance teams to ensure transparency.
- Handle program-level complaints, discipline, and appeals in accordance with policy.
- Represent the program at community events, partner meetings, and media briefings.
Required Qualifications
- 3 + years in nonprofit, social-services, or community-outreach management.
- Proven experience leading teams or volunteer networks.
- Strong organizational, conflict-resolution, and communication skills.
